This personalized career transition program is designed to help PIPSC members navigate career change with confidence. Whether you're preparing for workforce adjustment, exploring opportunities within the public service, or considering a move beyond government, you'll work with an experienced coach to develop a clear plan and move forward with confidence.

What’s Included

Five 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions

Work with an [LQ] Certified Career Coach who understands the realities of career transition and the federal public service environment. Your sessions will be personalized around your goals, priorities, and individual circumstances.

Nine months of access to the [LQ] Learning Lab

Access an online collection of practical tools, activities, and resources to support your career exploration, transition, and ongoing professional development.

Through the program, you will:

• Better understand and communicate your transferable skills and experience
• Position yourself more effectively for opportunities within the public service or beyond
• Strengthen your professional brand, including your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and interview approach
